TURAI CHUTNEY

To serve 4

Ingredients
1 kg turai
1 tsp sugar
dhaniya patta 1 katori
fresh grated coconut 1 katori
3-4 green chillies
juice of 1/2 nimbu
2 tblsp oil
1 tblsp urad dal
1 tsp jeera
1 pc ginger finely chopped
2 medium onions finely chopped
salt to taste

Method
In a kadhai take 2 tblsp oil, add 1 tblsp urad dal, 1 tsp jeera, 1 pc ginger finely chopped, 2 medium onions finely chopped, 1 kg toru peeled and cut. Add salt and 1 tsp sugar. Let it cook and then leave it to cool. Add dhaniya patta and fresh grated coconut 1 katori each and 3-4 green chillies and grind. After add juice of 1/2 nimbu
