Ingredients

  • Tomato – 1/2 kg (cooked)
  • Cloves – 10 pcs
  • Jeera 2 table spoon
  • 3 table spoon Black Pepper
  • 1 table spoon finely diced ginger
  • 4 Red Chille Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • Few Curry leaves
  • oil – 2 tsp
  • Cloves – 4
  • Note: Cloves, Jeera, Pepper, make a paste or Grind it
  • Method

  • Cook 1/2 kg tomato in water and keep it aside to cooldown then smash it with your hand and remove the skin and add more water if needed.

  • Take a pan and add 2tsp oil, heat it and add 4pcs of cloves(smashed).

  • Then add red chilli flakes, Jeera Mustard & Curry leaves and saute it.

  • Then add Tomato water to the pan & salt to taste.

  • Add little (two pieces os Tamrind).

  • And add the grinded paste or Powder mentioned above.(cloves, jeera, pepper).

  • Let the water boil and wait untill you see the bubbles comming out.
