Tomato Rasam – Recipe shared by Pinky Reddy

Method
Cook 1/2 kg tomato in water and keep it aside to cooldown then smash it with your hand and remove the skin and add more water if needed.
Take a pan and add 2tsp oil, heat it and add 4pcs of cloves(smashed).
Then add red chilli flakes, Jeera Mustard & Curry leaves and saute it.
Then add Tomato water to the pan & salt to taste.
Add little (two pieces os Tamrind).
And add the grinded paste or Powder mentioned above.(cloves, jeera, pepper).
Let the water boil and wait untill you see the bubbles comming out.
