Tomato Chutney – From the kitchen of Prema Badiga

Method
Wash, cut and cook the tomatoes till the skin separate’s.
Heat the oil, roast urad dal and chana dal, then add cut green chilly, garlic cloves, ginger, onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves and imli then cook for a minute.
Add the tomatoes and the seasoning and grind it coarsely. Add salt before serving.
