To serve four
Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour….1 cup
Fresh Methi leaves / Kasturi Methi….25gms
White Til…1/4 tsp
Fresh Curd…11/2 tbsp
Gud/ jaggery….1 tsp
Ginger Chilli paste…1 tsp
Sundrop Oil…1 tbs
Salt to taste
Oil to cook
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together…let the dough sit for at least twenty minutes
Divide the dough into 8 balls
Roll each ball in to a thin chapati
Cook both sides of the chapati on a tava using a little oil
Note: One can store them for 3/4 days in the fridge
