Ingredients:

250 gms Ataa (flour)
50 gms Imli (tamarind) – soak in water and strain
50 gms Gud (jaggery) – soak in water and strain
1 tsp Ginger and Green Chilli – make a paste
150 gms – Fresh Methi – chopped
1/2 tsp – salt
1 tsp – Oil

How to Cook:

Mix all the ingredients together to make a dough
Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes

Make roti and cook on the tawa putting oil on both sides

Note: You can store them in airtight box in the fridge for 4/5 days…reheat and eat.
Nice snack to travel with.
