Thalipeeth – From the kitchen of Kalpana Sharma
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a thali Knead with lukewarm water.
Set the dough aside for 15 mins.
Divide into 8 equal balls.
Roll it into thick 4″ diameter round.
Make a hole in the centre with your finger.
Cook it on medium flame on a heated girdle using little oil
Flip on both sides and cook till golden brown.
Note:Taste good when eaten with homemade white butter,Green chilli mint chutney
