Method
Strain the curd.
Finely chop potatoes, tomatoes and onions.
Cut ginger and chillies.
Mix all this in the curd.
On top of that sprinkle the red chilli powder.
On the red chilli powder pour the baghaar as indicated below.
Heat the oil, add rai and curry leaves and pour it on the raita.
