Method
Wash and cut the tomatoes..Add Mich,Salt,Tamrind and curry leaves…boil…Strain it thick.
To this add Phuta Channa Dal powder , freshly taken out Coconut Milk, Dhania Powder, Jeera powder.
Make the Baghaar in a kulhi…Heat the oil put Jeera and Rai ..Let it crackle..Add Garlic, Dried Red Chillies….Pour the Baghaar over the Tamatar la katt.
