Suji Ka Chilla

Suji Ka Chilla from the kitchen of Ritika Poddar

To serve 6 Persons

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of Suji / Creame of Wheat
  • 1 cup Dahi / Yogurt
  • ½ Capsicum grated
  • 1/2 Carrot grated
  • 10 Green Beans grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • oil to cook
  • Method

  • Soak the Suji and Dahi in a little water for one hour. Add salt

  • After an hour add grated carrot, capsicums and beans.

  • while cooking add finely coriander leaves.

  • Heat the tava.Smear it with oil.Pour the Suji Mixture and cook the Chilla on both sides adding little oil.
  • Serve with Mint Chutney.
