Steamed Sem Phali ki Subji with Mustard…from the kitchen of Vandana Poddar
To serve 4
Ingredients:
250 grams… Sem Phali
1 Green Chilli
1 tsp…Cut Ginger
2 tsp…heap ful …Rai
2 tsp…Mustard oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash the Sem Phali and remove the string from both sides of the Phali
Steam the Phali in a Idli steamer for about 10 minutes
Grind …Green Chilli, Ginger & Rai along with little water…add salt to taste( about 3/4 tsp)
Heat the oil…roast the prepared masala…to this add the steamed Sem Phali…mix well…cook for about 5 minutes on medium flame…serve hot.
