Spinach Corn toast –Recipe shared by Sangita Biyani
Method
Wash and finely dice the Spinach.
Remove the Corn kernels from the corb.
Break the Paneer ….mash or grate it
In a pan heat the Olive oil..put diced Garlic and green Chillies…put Spinach and Corn …on top pour the Maida and Milk and mix well
To this add Pepper, Rai powder and salt.
Cut the bread round…further slice in to two pieces like a half moon.
With a spoon carefully put the cold corn mixture on the bread slices.
Garnish with Olives, Red Capsicum slivers and Mint leaves.
Please decorate the bread just before serving…serve fresh.
