SOUTH INDIAN DRY ALOO CURRY from the kitchen of Indira Reddy

Ingredients
1/2 kg potatoes
2 tblsp oil
2 sookha lal mirch
1 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
1/2 tsp mota rai dana
10-12 curry leaves
5-6 cloves garlic chopped
salt to taste
coriander leaves

Method
Take 1/2 kg potatoes, boil and peel and cut into big cubes.
In a kadhai take 2 tblsp oil, 2 sookha lal mirch, 1 tsp urad dal, 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp mota rai dana , 10-12 curry leaves, 5-6 cloves garlic chopped. Add potatoes and salt and cook on a high flame so the potatoes brown. Add dhaniya patta for garnish
