Sooji Idli from the kitchen of Sangita Biyani

to serve 4

Ingredients :

2 cups suji
1 tsp ghee
3/4 cup curds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 small eno sachet

Method:

Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, once spluttered add suji and roast for 7 to 8 mins.

Put it in a different bowl & let it cool.
Add curds , then add water to make it to idli batter consistency.

Before putting in mould , add eno sachet . Steam for 20 minutes.

serve with coconut chutney and sambar
