Shreekhand – Recipe shared by Saroj Ben

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of curd
  • 150-200 grams of sugar
  • Saffron
  • Cardamom
  • Method

  • Hang the curd in a cloth till the water comes out.

  • Depending upon the sourness of the curd, mix the sugar.

  • After the sugar dissolves, add saffron and cardamom powder.

  • Serve it chilled.
