Raw Mango and Coconut Pachchadi from the kitchen of Prema Badiga

Ingredients

2 coconuts – grated
1/2 raw mango – grated
7 to 8 thin green chillies – paste

For the Tadka / tempering –
1 tabsp Oil
5 to 6 pods Garlic
Pinch Hing
1/2 tsp Haldi
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Urad dal
1 tsp Chana dal
2 Green chillies cut
2 twigs Curry leaves
Salt to taste

How to Cook

Mix the chilli paste with the grated raw mango and put aside.

Heat the oil.
Add the tadka / tempering ingredients and fry.

Add the grated raw mango with the green chillies paste.

Add the grated coconut.

Add salt and fry for 10 seconds.

Ready to serve.
