Ingredients
1/2 kg Basmati Rice
50 gm gud in 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup thick imli pani
100 gm chana dal
100 gm mota rai dana
3 tblsp oil
1 katori cashew halved
2 sookha lal mirch
1 tblsp urad dal
1 tsp mota rai dana,
15-20 curry leaves,
1 1/2 katori roasted peanuts

Method

Boil 1/2 kg basmati rice. Take 50 gm gud in 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup thick imli pani, put to boil till it thickens. Boil chana dal in a pressure cooker. To the rice add salt and the gud imli water.
Take 100 gm of mota rai dana and powder it and mix with the rice.
In a kadhai take 3 tblsp oil, 1 katori cashew halved, 2 sookha lal mirch, 1 tblsp urad dal, 1 tsp mota rai dana, 15-20 curry leaves, 1 1/2 katori peanuts, should brown. Add this to the rice, salt, mix well.
