Pineapple Curry
Method
Remove skin and dice the pineapple to small pieces .
In a cooker heat 2tsps oil.
Add hing, curry leaves and turmeric and add pineapple pieces along with half the amount of salt.
Saute for 2/3 minutes.
Meanwhile for the masala grind coconut, khuskhus, and chilli powder with water to a smooth paste.
Add this masala paste to the pineapple mix well.
Saute for 2/3 minutes.Now add remaining salt and garam masala along with some water and pressure cook to 3/4 whistles.
Later garnish with kothmir leaves.
