PERUGUPULUSU

To serve 4

Ingredients
100 gm lauki cut into cubes
100 gm onion cut into cubes
1-2 green chillies split into 2
300 gms dahi
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tblsp oil
1/2 tsp urad dal
1/4 tsp mota rai dana
1/4 tsp of haldi
10-15 curry leaves
pinch of hing
salt to taste

Method

Cut lauki into cubes, boil with 1/2 tsp sugar. Cut onions into cubes. Mix together the lauki,onions, green chillies and dahi.
In a kadhai take 1 tblsp oil, 1/2 tsp urad dal, 1/4 tsp mota rai dana, 10-15 curry leaves, pinch of hing.
Put 1/4 tsp of haldi in the dahi and add chonkh on the haldi in the dahi.
Add salt and chopped dhaniya
