Peanut Chutney – From the kitchen of Prema Badiga
Good for breakfast (People having cholesterol problem should have this chutney instead of coconut chutney with idli’s)
Method
Dry roast the peanuts and remove the skin.
Heat the oil, roast the urad dal then add green chillies, garlic and curry leaves.
Grind the peanuts and the seasoning together, before serving add salt to taste.
