Paseretto – From the kitchen of Prema Badiga

Ingredients

  • 200 grams green gram dal with skin / moong dal

  • 4 green chilies

  • 1 tbsp cut ginger

  • 1 finely chopped onion

  • Method

  • Wash and soak the green gram dal for 3 hours and then grind it with water.

  • Add salt to it, and then apply this batter on a pan like a dosa.

  • On top of it, add finely chopped onion, cut ginger and cut green chillies, and pour some oil on the top of it.

  • Good to be eaten with upma and coconut / peanut chutney
