Paseretto – From the kitchen of Prema Badiga
200 grams green gram dal with skin / moong dal
4 green chilies
1 tbsp cut ginger
1 finely chopped onion
Method
Wash and soak the green gram dal for 3 hours and then grind it with water.
Add salt to it, and then apply this batter on a pan like a dosa.
On top of it, add finely chopped onion, cut ginger and cut green chillies, and pour some oil on the top of it.
Good to be eaten with upma and coconut / peanut chutney
