Oatmeal Parantha with vegetables From the kitchen of Asha Modi

To serve 6

Ingredients:

2 cups Oats Flour

2 cups Whole Wheat Flour

1/2 cup grated Cauliflower

1/2 cup finely diced Onions

1 bunch of finely diced Corri ender leaves

Salt to taste

Oil / Ghee to cook

Method:

Mix Oatmeal atta with Whole Wheat atta

Add grated Cauliflower, diced Onions & Corriender leaves….add salt….mix well

Slowly add water and make the dough

Grease the pre heated Tava and cook the rolled Paranthas using oil/ghee

Flip and cook both sides evenly

Serve with Raita and any Curry of your liking

Note..One can substitute Cauliflower with any other vegetables of one’s preference…like cabbage,carrots and beans, beetroot +++
