Mirchi bhajiya – Recipe shared by Pukharaj Bhai
Method
Slit the green chilly.
Heat oil in a pan, add potatoes and saute red chilly powder, turmeric powder, raw mango powder, jaljeera mix, imli and salt. Mix well.
Fill this potato preparation equally in the chillies.
Mix ½ tsp ajwain, pinch of soda, salt in the besan and add water to bring it to thick consistency, whisk it very well till it becomes fluffy.
Heat the oil on medium flame, dip the chilly in the batter and fry till golden brown.
