Mint Chutuny

Ingredients:

  • 10 bundles….Fresh Dhaniya / Coriander leaves
  • 10 bundles….Fresh Podina/ Mint leaves
  • 250gms….Green Chillies
  • 200gms….Phuta Chana Dal
  • 2 pinch…Nimboo ka Sat
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Wash & clean the leaves & chillies well…cut them in small pieces ….mix Phuta Chana dal …add a little water and grind in Dosa grinder( not in the mixi).
  • Add Nimboo ka Sat and salt to taste.
  • Serve it with Kachori,Pakodi…
