To serve Six
Ingredients:
10 bundles….Fresh Dhaniya / Coriander leaves
10 bundles….Fresh Podina/ Mint leaves
250gms….Green Chillies
200gms….Phuta Chana Dal
2 pinch…Nimboo ka Sat
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash & clean the leaves & chillies well…cut them in small pieces ….mix Phuta Chana dal …add a little water and grind in Dosa grinder( not in the mixi).
