Receipe of Masala Baingan from Aruna’s Kitchen
To serve 8 Persons
Ingredients
10 Tender small Baingan
3 Onions chopped fine
6 Garlic pods chopped fine
1 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Methi Powder
1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
1tsp Bengal Gram Daal
Karvepak
2 Ripened Tomatoes chopped fine
Kothmir chopped fine
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Method
Mixed all the above ingredient well with your hands
Wash and cut the Baingan open by making half suits on top
Fill the onion mixture inside the Baingans
In a Kadai, add a good helping of oil ,when hot add Mustard seeds,Jeera,Bengal daal & Karvrpak leaves
Slowly leave the stuffed Baingan into the oil . Let them cook on slow fire without water till done. Stir gently now and then.
