Ingredients

  • Rice – 1/2 kg
  • Mango – 2 (Grated Mango)
  • Phalli – 100grms
  • Chana Dal – 50 gms
  • Jeera – 2 tsp
  • Mustard – 2 tsp
  • Red chilli flakes – 7
  • Green chilli – 10
  • Urad Dal (idli) – 50gms
  • oil – 150gms
  • cuury leaves
  • Method

  • Cook rice & keep it aside to cool down.
  • Take a pan, add oil & heat it.

  • Then add Mustard, Jeera, Chana dal, Black dal, Phalli, Red chilli flackes, green chilli and curry leaves and saute it.

  • Then add grated Mango to the fry items and cook it for one to two minutes and then add cool rice and mix it well.
