Lemongrass Shikanji – Recipe shared by Anju Poddar
Method
Cut the stem near the leaves and keep them aside to use as shakers to be individually put in each glass.
Wash the lemon grass well and boil in 2 cups of water till it becomes one cup now add sugar.
Sprain and keep it aside for about 4 hours .
Before serving add this to cold water…squeeze lemon juice…add very minutely diced raw mango /cucumbers add some ice.
Diced raw mango or diced cucumber optional.
In each glass add one lemongrass stem to use as shakers.
Add ice and Pour the drink.
