Korma – From the kitchen of Kala Karthikeyan
Recipe for 24 normal size idlis

Peel and cut potatoes, carrots, beans, cauliflower, green peas, capsicum and wash them.
Heat the oil; add cinnamon, cloves, cut green chillies, ginger, garlic, cut onion. Add this batter to the cut vegetables mentioned above.
Cover them for 6-7 minutes.
After this open the lid, add tomato, turmeric, red chilli powder.
Grind the grated coconut, khuskhus and cashew nuts, make a paste of it and add it to the batter.
Sprinkle cut coriander leaves and cover it up.
–It has to be served with iddiyapam, appam and panihaaram.
