Khubani Ka Meetha – From the kitchen of Mumtaz Pasha
Method
In a bowl, overnight soak khubani with 1 inch water coming on top of it.
Next day, the water will be observed, cut the khubani into 2 pieces each and remove the seeds.
Add a little water, cook for a little and add 200 grams of sugar, till it dissolves.
Break the khubani shells and remove the tiny seeds and sprinkle in the sweet.
Add a little saffron and serve it chilled.
–Serve it along with fresh cream.
