Kanji from kitchen of Veena modi

ingredients

1 ltr Filter water
1 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
1 tea spoon rock salt
1 tea spoon mustard seed ground with little salt

put water in a vessel, soak the spices and let it fermant for a day

vegitables to be steamed
steam vegitables califlowers, carrot, beetroot, boil potatoes.
