Kadhi from the kitchen of Avanti
To serve six

Ingredients:
5 cup buttermilk ( you can use 2 cups of curds diluted with 3 cups of water)

1 1/4 cup helpful Besan flour
I pinch Haldi
1 tsp Rai
1/4 tsp Hing
2 sticks of Curry leaves
1 tbsp Mustard oil
Salt to taste( about 1 tsp)

Method :
Mix buttermilk, besan. haldi and salt…hand churn it…strain it…keep it aside

In a pan heat the oil…put rai,hing,curry leaves…add the buttermilk mix…on a high flame bring it to boil continuously stirring it…after first boil reduce the flame and cook for another 15 minutes…stirring it all the time.
Ready to eat

Nice to eat hot with rice.
