Green Chillies Pickle – from the Kitchen of Veena Bhabhi

Method
Wash wipe and slit the chilies do not remove the stem…if the chili is very big cut them in to two pieces do not remove the seeds
Cut lemons in 8 pieces each.
Mix the spices in the oil( consisrency should be that spices mutthi main bandh jaayain )…oil should not be heated.
Put this spice paste in slit chilies using your fingers .
Keep the pickle in a coverd vessel out side in the sun for it to mature.
Ready to eat in 2 days time.
