Garlic Naan

Ingredients:
Maida 250g
12 Garlic cloves
Ghee
Pinch of salt

1. Sieve the maida, add the salt, and add water to make the dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes
2. Peel and pound the garlic cloves
3. Heat a tava
4. Roll a 4” diameter roti, double the thickness of a phulka
5. Sprinkle the garlic and press it deeply into the dough with your fingers
6. Roast it on the tava using ghee, and flip from both sides
7. Remove on a paper towel, and serve hot
