For Baghaar:
Method
In a big kadai dry roast the peanuts and keep aside in a big vessel
In the same kadai dry roast the Chidwa well.Keep on mixing with both your hands till Poha becomes very crisp.Should not stick in the teeth..Put it with Peanuts.
Heat the oil…Fry cut onions and green chillies remove from oil and put it on Chidwa.
In the same oil fry curry leaves and put on Chidwa.
In the remaining oil give Baghaar of Jeera,Rai,channa Daal,Haldi,chillie powder,sabut dhania,salt…Pour the Baghaar on the Chidwa…Mix well.
Cool and store in airtight jars.A nice teatime snack.
