Sift the Atta and Suji add ajwain +salt mix the ghee and make a stiff dough by sprinkling a little water.
Divide in small equal parts…make them in to rounds and pat them.
Roll into medium thickness 3″dia.
Heat the oil to medium temprature And deep fry the Dotha on medium flame till golden brown for about 4 to 5 minutes.
Note : snack to have with tea along with pickles for Breakfast or Evening Tea.
