Receipe of Dosakaaya Chutney from Aruna’s Kitchen
To serve 6 Persons
Ingredients
1 Dosakaaya/Yellow Sambhar Kheera/Kaachar peel and chop into pieces
4 to 6 Green chilies chopped
4 Garlic Pods
Kothmir leaves
Karepak leaves
1 Onion
1 tsp Jeera
1/4 tsp Mustard oil
1 tsp Urad Daal
2 to 3 Red Chillies
Little Kothmir & Karvepak
1 tsp Tamrind( add this last to fry)
Salt
1 tbsp Groundnuts Roasted
1 tbsp Till Roasted
Method
Remove skin of the vegetables cut in small sizes
Fry in little oil Green Chillies, Garlic,Jeera,Dosakayi
Add to these Roasted Ground nuts & Til
lastly add the Tamarind
Grind every thing together with required salt rough consistency .
Season in oil with Mustard seeds, Jeera & Urad and Bengal Daal, onions, red Chillies and Karepak leaves.
