Dahi Mirchi from the kitchen of Yashodhara Khaitan
To serve 4 People
Ingredients
1 cup of curd
10 piece of green chilies
1 tsp finely diced fresh ginger
1/2 tsp wake field mustard powder
Pinch of Turmeric
Salt to taste
Method
In a plastic mesh hang curd for 15 minutes .
Slit the green chilies boil them for 5 minutes along with diced ginger ,turmeric and a pinch of salt.
Drain the chilies and cool.
Strain the curd put chilies add mustard powder & salt to taste.
Chill it and serve
Note : very good with Stuffed Paranthas.
