To serve 4 People
Ingredients

  • 1 cup of curd
  • 10 piece of green chilies
  • 1 tsp finely diced fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp wake field mustard powder
  • Pinch of Turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • Method

  • In a plastic mesh hang curd for 15 minutes .
  • Slit the green chilies boil them for 5 minutes along with diced ginger ,turmeric and a pinch of salt.
  • Drain the chilies and cool.
  • Strain the curd put chilies add mustard powder & salt to taste.
  • Chill it and serve
  • Note : very good with Stuffed Paranthas.
