Dabal Ka Meetha – From the kitchen of Mumtaz Pasha
Method
Slice the bread, remove crusts, cut into triangles and lightly fry in Ghee.
Arrange in a flat vessel and pour milk on top.
Put sugar and water in a pan; stir well till sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil remove from heat mix khova, saffron, nutmeg and colour to it, and pour on the bread slices.
Simmer for 5 minutes, serve sprinkled with sliced almonds or cashew.
