Coorg Masala Buttermilk

Ingredients:
– 1 cup curd
– 1 stick of curry leaves
– 1 teaspoon Jeera powder
– 1/2 a diced green chilli
– 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves
– 1 teaspoon of finely cut ginger (optional)
– Salt to taste

Method:
– Put everything in a blender
– Add 2 cups of water
– Blend slightly
