Coorg Dosa
To serve 4

Ingredients:
– 1 cup Urad Daal
– 2 cups rice
– 1 cup chirwa
– 100 grams Chana Dal
– 10 grams methi seeds

Soak the above ingredients for at least 4 hours, then grind them

In the morning:
– 2 tablespoons of rice flour
– 3 tablespoons of suji rawa
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 2 teaspoons of sugar
Mix them well together with a little water and add it to the Dosa batter

Note 1: this batter should neither be thick like idli batter nor very thin, it should be of medium consistency

Note 2: When you make butter Dosa, after putting the batter on the tawa, put 2-3 cubes of butter in the centre of the Dosa and cook the whole Dosa with butter
