Chilka Aloo Tamatar ki Sabji Bedmi ke saath from the kitchen of Manju Saraf
Method
Put the tomatoes in hot water remove the skin blend.
Wash and cut the potatoes With the skin.
Heat the oil put the bay leaves..after a minute put the panchphoren when it crackles add the cut potatoes,haldi,dhaniya powder, chilli powder& salt.
Cook on low flame.
When the Potatoes are cooked add the tomato pulp cover with a lid and put some water on top of the lid.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Note : This is to be eaten with Bedami.
