To serve six
Ingredients:
Six slices of bread
Parle Glucose biscuits / Horlick biscuits small packet
Cadbury’s hot chocolate powder
Hershey’s syrup chocolate flavour
Vanilla icecream
How to make:
Remove the edges of the bread slices and cut four squares out of each slice
Bake them ( you can deep fry them for better taste)
Heat two cups of water and add 3 tablespoons of Cadbury’s chocolate sauce
Dip the oven baked bread slices in this chocolate sauce and place them flat in a glass dish
Dip the biscuits in the chocolate sauce and place two layers on top of the bread squares…
Pour little Hershey’s chocolate sauce on top of this…keep the dish in the fridge…cling wrap it
Before serving generously put icecream on the top and decorate it with Hershey’s chocolate syrup.
Note: Original recipe had fresh double cream in place of vanilla ice cream…as cream is difficult to get so we replace it with Vanilla ice cream.
