Bhindi Papad

Bhindi Papad –Recipe shared by Meena Mullapudi

Ingredients

  • 1½ Cup of Ladies finger (Chopped)
  • 4 Moongdal Papad
  • 3 tbsp Ground Flour or Besan
  • 1 tbsp Red chili Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to Fry
  • Method

  • Wash the whole Bhindi well and dry each Bhindi with cloth chop in to small pieces.

  • Roast the Papad on flame.

  • Crush the Papad into small pieces with your hand.

  • Mix the chopped Bhindi, crushed Papad, Besan powder, salt, Red chili powder together.

  • Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of water for binding.

  • Fry on high flame.
