Bhindi Papad –Recipe shared by Meena Mullapudi
Ingredients
Method
Wash the whole Bhindi well and dry each Bhindi with cloth chop in to small pieces.
Roast the Papad on flame.
Crush the Papad into small pieces with your hand.
Mix the chopped Bhindi, crushed Papad, Besan powder, salt, Red chili powder together.
Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of water for binding.
