Bedami – From the kitchen of Manju Saraf
Method
Wash well and soak the Urad daal for about 4 hours.
Drain the water grind the daal very thin in the mixi.
Put the ground daal in a big thaali and mix all the four types of flours + chlli powder + kalongi + salt and 3 table spoon of oil and make a tight dough if required spinkle a little water.
Divide the dough in to equal small pieces.
Roll one piece in about 3″ diameter round.
Heat the oil and on high flame fry the Bedami.
Note : serve with Chilka Aloo tamatar ki sabji.
