Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chidwa
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1/2 tsp Methi seeds
  • 3 cups Curds
  • 1/4 tsp Soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Method

  • Wash well and soak chidwa , rice & methi seeds in curds for 5 to 6 hours.

  • Grind it fine in a mixi.

  • Heat the dosa girdle put one ladel full dosa batter at one go.

  • Make about 5″diameter small dosa cover with a lid for about a minute reduce the flame remove from the pan and place on a banana leaf serve.

  • Note:Tastes nice with onlon pulsu and coconut chutuny
