Method
Wash well and soak chidwa , rice & methi seeds in curds for 5 to 6 hours.
Grind it fine in a mixi.
Heat the dosa girdle put one ladel full dosa batter at one go.
Make about 5″diameter small dosa cover with a lid for about a minute reduce the flame remove from the pan and place on a banana leaf serve.
Note:Tastes nice with onlon pulsu and coconut chutuny
