Aloo toast

Aloo toast – Recipe shared by Pukharaj Bhai

Serves 6 people

To Serve six

Ingredients:

50o gms Potato’s

6 SlIce of White Bread

100 gms Corn flour

1/4 tsp Haldi powder

For Green Chutuny :

2 Bunch of Coriander Leaves

4 Bunch of Mint Leaves

1/2 Coconut grated

4/5 Green Chillies

1tsp sabut Dhania

1/2 tsp Methi seeds

1 tsp Jeera

Pinch of Nimbu Sat

½ tsp Sugar

Salt to taste

To Garnish:

1 CUP Barik Bhujia/ Gujarati Sev

2 Onions finely chopped

Tomato Sauce

Method:

Boil the Potatoes, Peel & mash them

In corn flour mix haldi powder and add the mashed Potatoes

Cut 6slices of Potatoes diagonally, pat each slice with water on one side , then put about 1/4” of mashed Potatoe Masala on that side

In a Kadai heat the oil on high flame

Put it in the hot oil to fry with the bread facing up and the potato side facing the oil

Fry till golden brown, then remove it on a paper so that the extra oil is blotted

On the bread triangle first apply tomato sauce on the potatoes side… then apply the green Chutuny on top of the sauce

Cut the toast triangles into 1” thick slices

Sprinkle bhujia and cut onions on top

Ready to serve
