Makes around 60 pieces
Ingredients
Ahaar Suji – 1 cup
Atta – 1 cup
Soda (khara soda bottle)
Til oil – for frying
How to cook
Mix the 2 flour well.
Knead the dough with the soda.
Keep covered with a damp cloth.
Roll it out into 3/4” thick long log and cut into thin slices.
Take the slices and roll them out.
Fry the puchkas in hot til oil.
Store in airtight box.
