Ingredients
Raw mangoes – 2
Mustard oil – 1 katori
Saunf (fennel seeds)- 2 tsp
Haldi (turmeric powder) – 1/2 tsp
Lal mirchi (red chilli) powder – 1 tsp
Hing (asafoetida) – 1 tsp
Namak (salt) – to taste
How to Cook
Wash the mangoes well and wipe them dry.
Cut into small pieces, with the skin.
Heat 1 katori mustard oil
Add saunf (fennel seeds), haldi (turmeric powder), lal mirchi (red chilli) powder, hing (asafoetida) and namak (salt) to the hot oil and quickly pour over the cut mango.
Ready to eat.
