Ingredients
Sevai – 1/2 packet – 777 brand Sri Ganesh Ram
Til oil – 1 tsp
Black mustard – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 2 twigs
Whole red chillies – 2/3
Chana dal – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
Carrot & Beans – 1 cup
How to Cook
Boil water.
Add sevai and cover with a lid.
After 2 to 3 mins. drain and keep the sevai aside.
Cut carrots and beans lengthwise, par boil and keep aside.
Heat the oil. To this, add the mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, chana dal, turmeric powder and salt.
Add sevai and the vegetables
Add lemon juice before serving.
A light snack to have for breakfast.
