Rajasthani Besan – 1/2 cup
Salt – as per taste
Kalonji (black nigella seeds) – 1/4 tsp
Water to make a batter
How to Cook
Make a smooth batter with the above ingredients.
Dip the potato patties in the the batter and deep fry in mustard oil.
Serve the chops with moori.
Sometimes the chop is mashed into moori before serving.
