Aloo and Shakarkandi Pizza from the kitchen of Jyoti Poddar

Ingredients:
Medium size potatoes….4
Shakarkandi/Sweet Potato…2
Oliv oil
Red chilli sauce…Mother’s Recipe
Tomato Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Cherry tomatoes
Britannia mozzarella cheese
Chilli flakes
Oregano leaves

How to make:

Boil both potatoes & Shakarkandi in pressure cooker.
Peel both of them

Cut potatoes in half and Shakarkandi in three pieces each

Put a piece of Potato and on top put a piece of Shakarkandi and press them together make a small flat round shape of a pizza base.

Heat a pan and roast it using olive oil put 1/2 tsp of Chilli sauce and half tsp of tomato sauce…sprinkle
Salt and pepper…arrange half cut tomatoes on top, sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano leaves and bake the pizza.
Serve it hot

Note: small size of about 3” diameter looks good.
